Relational Trauma Repair (RTR) and Sociometrics are embodied, research-based processes that transform how groups connect, heal, and grow together. In this training, you’ll learn by doing. Using your own work and real group experiences, we’ll explore sociometric tools such as spectrograms, locograms, social atoms, timelines, and more to build safety, cohesion, and emotional literacy. You’ll see how to shift the energy of a group from fragmented individuals to a connected whole, even in large, changing, or time-limited settings.
Designed for therapists, social workers, counselors, and any facilitator of groups, this workshop offers a grounded, practical approach to psychodrama and other experiential methods.

Confidently facilitate groups of any size and setting
Use sociometric tools to guide group flow and deepen engagement
Integrate psychodrama and sociometric techniques that fit your style and context
Move beyond “boring check-ins” to create meaningful, in-the-moment change
No prior psychodrama experience is required. This training offers CE hours for PA-licensed social workers, counselors, and psychologists, and counts towards certification is RTR/Sociometrics as well as Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Group Psychotherapy.
