About PAPI
Rooted in psychodrama. Designed for real life.
We train clinicians, facilitators, and leaders to work with people, not protocols.
Our Philosophy
Born from decades of group work and a deep belief in the power of psychodrama, PAPI exists to train people who work with people.
We believe learning should be embodied, relational, and experiential— something you can live, not just remember. Grounded in classical psychodrama and group psychotherapy, our trainings bring insight to life through action.
Our Approach
At PAPI, we bring together clinical rigor and creative depth. Our trainings balance structure and spontaneity, classical foundations with contemporary relevance, and real-world application.
We’re not interested in lifeless lectures or performative exercises. We’re here for what works, the kind of experiential training that grows real skill, invites real presence, and honors real people.
Whether you’re facilitating therapy groups, leading teams, or guiding communities through conflict and change, you need tools that are both practical and transformational. That’s what we teach.
