Oct 16 – 18, 2026 | 9 – 5 PM | Exton, PA

Reclaiming Your Role is an experiential training grounded in psychodrama, sociometry, and group psychotherapy, focused on examining and re-authoring the roles we inhabit in clinical, professional, and relational life. Participants explore how roles related to responsibility, authority, care, visibility, and conflict are shaped by personal history and relational systems—and how they can become rigid, misaligned, or overextended over time—through action-based group work with teaching integrated throughout.

Identify and work with core personal and professional roles using psychodramatic and sociometric methods
Examine role rigidity, role fatigue, and role conflict across clinical and relational contexts
Practice action-based techniques, including role development and future-oriented enactments
