Workshop Overview
Landscape of Loss is an experiential training grounded in psychodrama, sociometry, and group psychotherapy, focused on working with grief, loss, and role transition across personal, relational, and clinical contexts. Participants explore how loss is held within roles, relationships, and internal systems—including traumatic loss, ambiguous loss, and the grief of imagined futures—and how role release, mourning, and reorganization can be supported through action-based group work with teaching integrated throughout.
Learning Objectives
Work with grief, loss, and transition using psychodramatic and sociometric methods
Explore role release, role transition, and the reorganization of roles following loss
Practice action-based approaches to saying goodbye to roles, relationships, and imagined futures
Develop clinical capacity to accompany grief processes without bypassing or premature repair
