The Heart of Real Growth in Psychodrama

The deepest learning in this method happens over time— practicing regularly with trusted peers, taking creative risks in a safe container, and doing your own work in the role of protagonist as often as you cocreate another’s in the role of director. These groups are where you build muscle memory, where the craft moves from theory into instinct, and where directing becomes a natural role reversal from your time as protagonist.

Enrollment is rolling, but space in each group is limited to preserve intimacy and safety.

Why Ongoing Groups?

  • Consistent practice builds skill and confidence more deeply than a single workshop

  • Trusted relationships create the safety to take bigger and creative emotional risks

  • Role depth— the more you spend time as protagonist, the more natural it becomes to step into the director’s role

  • Sustained momentum— you don’t have to start over each time; each session builds on the last
