Workshop Overview
Courage to Connect is an experiential training grounded in psychodrama, sociometry, and group psychotherapy, focused on deepening relational presence and engagement in the interpersonal world. Participants explore patterns of connection, distance, belonging, and isolation through social atoms, sociometric mapping, and group work, with attention to how relational roles are shaped by history, attachment, and lived experience. Teaching is integrated throughout, supporting practical application and clinical integration.

Identify relational roles related to connection, withdrawal, belonging, and exclusion
Practice action-based approaches for increasing spontaneity and flexibility in relationship
